Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

We do not require any long-term contracts. We want our users to use SPRAYE because it helps them run their business … not because they are obligated to by a contract.

Do you offer any discounts?

We believe SPRAYE is worth many times the cost of the software in saved time and increased productivity. Because of this, we do not offer any discounts for our subscriptions.

Can I migrate my data over from my existing software?

Absolutely! Our standard onboarding service includes migrating your customer and product data from wherever it is now into SPRAYE, along with training you and your staff on how to use SPRAYE. Migration of other information from other software will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Our onboarding service is actually required for all new companies because we found that companies would typically get stuck not knowing how to properly migrate their data over and it can be very time consuming. It’s also sometimes difficult to learn a brand new system for running your company, so our onboarding team makes this easier and guides you through the entire process.

Are there any hidden fees?

Unlike many other software companies, we do not add any fees on to your subscription at the end of each month. With our pricing, what you see on our pricing page is what you will see charged to your card each month.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial. However, we’d be happy to cover any special circumstances or requirements on a live demo!

I only do mowing and maintenance. Is SPRAYE a good fit?

If you ONLY do mowing or maintenance work, SPRAYE may not be the best fit for you. However, if mowing/maintenance is a smaller part of your larger lawn treatment operation, we can typically still help.

Does SPRAYE support design/build or hardscape projects?

If your company does a significant amount of design/build projects or hardscape, SPRAYE is typically not a good fit to manage and do billing for design/build and hardscape projects. But if you do a very limited amount, it could still work for you.
