By entering some simple information about your business and services, this pricing calculator will give you a pricing structure that you can plug directly into your CRM to ensure you are hitting your target profit margin on every service.
A minimum fee will allow you to set a minimum charge each time you go out to complete a service. This should be structured to cover any overhead or costs of traveling to/from a job.
Setting a base price allows you to ensure a minimum amount of profit for each service. Combining this with a minimum fee and a price per thousand will ensure your profit margins stay at a healthy level.
Your price per thousand should take into account average time on a job and how much it costs for you to buy product for a given service.
